BAHHH it's already DECEMBER!!! I haven't even started packing yet...
I feel like I have so much to do still.
Things are falling into place, though, so I really shouldn't be complaining. I got my housing information this morning and it looks like I will be staying with a single mom. Her name is Mar and she is a nurse at the hospital in Valladolid. She has one daughter who is twenty three, but does not live with her. The place is right on one of the busier and more used streets in Valla--could be good or bad, depending. It is also right next to a bus stop and "Campo Grande" (literally means "Big Park") which is one of the big parks in Valladolid.
My roommate is from Eau Claire and she is actually in my Spanish class right now. Her name is Jessica. She seems really nice, I've talked to her a few times. I was kind of hoping for an international roommate, but I think I will appreciate having someone there to talk English with every once in a while. We'll see how it works out!
